So here is my big fruit plate and yogurt that I had for breakfast. Good stuff, but not as filling and long lasting as my beloved Shakeology.
By the time lunch rolled around I got pretty darn hungry and dug in without taking a picture. So you don't get to see the big bowl of quinoa salad that I devoured, or the bowl of fresh veggies and hummus. Take my word for it...it was very good and VERY filling. Feel free to imagine it in your own head.
This was dinner. Super awesome veggie stir-fry on WAY overcooked brown rice. EEWW is all I had to say about that. Not quite sure the picture is sideways here but I suppose it doesn't really matter. A stir-fry looks like a stir-fry from any angle. Axed the Miso soup from tonight's menu. Just couldn't do it again this week.
And, last but not least, my FAVOURITE part of today. God bless the inventor of the Jacuzzi and Epsom salts. Body is happy for the first time in 3 days. Ahhhhh......
Positive thoughts for a pain/ache free night's sleep tonight! Until tomorrow friends....
